LABELING SYSTEM

The KSI Labeling System is used to keep a data base of names and addresses which may be selected for mailing lists, labels and Rolodex cards based on user-defined selection criteria.

Features:

• Multiple Company Processing
• Password protection
• Reports and labels may be printed in alpha, numeric, or zip code sequence
• System contains basic information such as name, address, telephone number
• Twenty user-defined fields for additional information, such as:
  • Date of Birth
  • Social Security Number
  • Marital Status
  • Number of Children
  • Other Marketing Information
• Select names for labels and lists based on information in the twenty user-defined fields
