INVOICING
The KSI Invoicing system allows easy entry of billable
items while offering unlimited comments for each. Used in conjunction with the KSI
Accounts Receivable system, it creates the charges reflected on the aging and statements.

- Uses the customers in the KSI Accounts

- Product file maintains multiple rates. The rates used can
vary by customer.
- Accumulates MTD and YTD totals by product
- Message may be printed on the bottom of invoice
- Invoice numbers automatically assigned
- Invoices may be modified to print on user's preprinted
forms.
